- 50% deposit is required at time of reservation with a money order or personal check. Due to the rising costs of credit card processing, we are not currently accepting debit or credit cards at this time.
- 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation when reserving the entire inn for your special event.
- Check-in is from 4:30 – 6:30 PM; later by arrangement. Our schedule is planned around your arrival time. Please let us know when you plan to arrive (and call if you will be late), so there will be someone here to let you in. We prefer late check-ins be no later than 9 PM.
- Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- Refunds are given if notified 2 weeks in advance of reservation date. No-shows will not receive a refund of their deposit.
- Well-behaved children over the age of 13 are welcome. Due to insurance regulations, we cannot compromise on this policy.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
- No pets, please - we have our own dog on the property.
- No firearms on the property. Due to insurance regulations, we cannot compromise on this policy.
- Please advise us of any dietary restrictions prior to your arrival.
Guest rates are based on double occupancy & are subject to state - local sales tax.
Maximum inn capacity is eight people - NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, as this will ensure the comfort of all of our guests.
In case of an emergency cancellation, a gift certificate will be issued in the amount of the 50% deposit to be used toward a stay at another time.
